What forms of payment are available for my purchase? We have a recurring payment through PayPal for monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual contracts by credit card or bank slip for up to 100 licenses.
How can I request over 100 licenses? You must contact us in order to request a proposal with the number of licenses you want. So you have discounts that are more suitable for large quantities.
What are the discount conditions for hiring? In addition to the discounts for time contracted in the packages, we offer special values for large volumes, philanthropic entities, educational and health institutions. Therefore, ask for your proposal and we will evaluate if your company/entity fits in our policy of prices reduction.
How long does it take to activate the license? The total period for receiving instructions to release your access to Trauma Zer0 is a maximum of 2 business days after confirmation of payment. In the meantime, we will contact you via email and will tell you how to proceed with the activation.
Is it possible to buy the same package more than once? Yes, you will have the sum of the licenses of the quantity of packages purchased, but we recommend that you make contact, because it is possible that we have plans with better discounts for larger numbers of licenses.
What does technical support include? Technical support from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with service via chat, telephone or email, in a maximum number of up to 6 month calls (except when additional call packet is purchased).
What currency is used in the online store? Dollar.
